Design Services


With a full-time design staff, we are equipped to help make your packaging concept a reality. The choices of colors, substrate, printing, & post-printing processing such as foil stamp, silkscreen, lamination, etc... can be overwhelming. We can help narrow down the materials and design to fit your goals and budget. All designs are submitted for your approval via digital PDF proof. We use industry-standard Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

Proofing Services

While design is the first step, an equally important next step is providing you with a hardcopy proof using industry standard EPSON large format proof printers and specially calibrated proofing paper based on your final packaging choices. This enables you to see and feel the design before the job is run.

ICC Color Profiles


ICC profiles are used to calibrate the digital proof colors with actual printed colors. We can supply ICC profiles for most of the papers available, ensuring the most accurate representation. We also have ICC profiles for our proofers and have created profiles for our production presses.

Computer to Plate

We use Screen CTP systems for jobs requiring the utmost precision. With inline punching, each plate is guaranteed to register perfectly. CTP plates also allow for a finer dot and consequently less bleed and more vibrant colors.
