When Yeong Dar Color Printing was founded in 1997, Guang Mei was just a glimmer in CEO Chen’s eye. After growing Yeong Dar to become a high-speed printing and folding box powerhouse, he turned his attention to opening Guang Mei Printing Company. The emphasis for Guang Mei was to recapture a missed opportunity in high-end gift boxes, watch boxes, wine and liquor packaging, wood and paper cigar boxes, coffee boxes, chocolate boxes, fragrance and cosmetic boxes, windows display boxes, POP display boxes, eyeglass display stands, CD and DVD boxes, and much more.

Starting in 2004 with only a single KBA Rapida printing press, Guang Mei has grown to include hotstamping, silkscreening, laminating, diecutting, automated gluing, folding, binding, and more.

Today, Guang Mei employs 180 full time workers and offers complete design studio, prepress facility, color matching and ICC profiling, computer-to-plate (CTP), dedicated sample team, streamlined production, and quality management systems are all integrated under one roof.

At Guang Mei, we believe the teamwork is the key to success. To this end, CEO Chen established a hand-picked team of professionals and motivated them to work together with focus. After 8 years in business, Guang Mei is more than just the sum of its equipment, it is the combined effort of all the staff involved and is constantly working to improve in every aspect.
